I do hope that you enjoy my products, but if you are in any way dissatisfied then I will be happy to issue a refund. Please return your candle unused and in their original packaging, together with a brief explanation for your dissatisfaction, within 14 days of the date you received them. You will be refunded as soon as I have received the goods. To ensure delivery a tracking return is recommended.
Contact me at email@example.com if you have any questions, or concerns or need some help in returning your products. Unfortunately, once the products have been used, I am unable to make a refund unless the product is faulty.
If you have made an order and want to cancel it, send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that if your order has been dispatched, you will have to pay the costs of the return.
Upon delivery please check your products carefully. If you think they are faulty, damaged or not as described then please email me straight away at email@example.com with your concern. I will either resend the products or issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
